Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the claim.

Exchanges

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
